Wolf Point West is the first tower completed at the Wolf Point development — the historically significant confluence of the three branches of the Chicago River. Designed by bKL Architecture and developed by Hines and Magellan, it opened in 2016, the same year as Wolf Point East.
At 48 floors and 509 units, West is slightly larger than its sibling East (503 units, Pelli Clarke Pelli). Both share the same Hines management, which is consistently rated among the best in Chicago's rental market. The outdoor pool deck, golf simulator, and game room give it a strong amenity package for the price point.

Highly recommended for renters who prioritize management quality and river views.
