The Rundown

The Shoreham is one of the original Lakeshore East condominiums and remains one of the best values in the neighborhood. The location is excellent — Millennium Park, the lakefront, and the Loop are all within walking distance. The pedway connection is good.

The building is well-maintained for its age and the HOA is financially sound. The dual pool setup (indoor and outdoor) is a genuine asset. The price per square foot is below most newer buildings in the area.
