The building was specifically designed with remote workers in mind. The amenity package includes a rooftop pool, dedicated co-working spaces, private work pods, and a 21st-floor resident lounge that doubles as a work-from-home hub. These aren't afterthoughts — the work and leisure amenities are genuinely well-designed and well-equipped.
The units are modern and well-finished, with floor-to-ceiling windows, in-unit washer/dryer, and thoughtful layouts. The building is brand new, so everything is in excellent condition. Management is responsive and professional — the hallmarks of a well-run new building.
At 22 floors, the views aren't as dramatic as the 50+ story towers nearby, but the upper floors have pleasant city and partial lake views. One note on the immediate surroundings: the corner of St. Clair and Ohio, just a block away, has had some rough patches since COVID and the closure of The Inn of Chicago.
