The Rundown

The Heritage at Millennium Park is one of the original Lakeshore East condominiums, built in 2005. The location is exceptional — directly across from Millennium Park with pedway access to the rest of downtown. The views of the park and the skyline from the upper floors are spectacular.

The building is well-maintained for its age and the HOA is financially sound. The indoor pool is a genuine asset. The pedway connection is one of the best in the city.

The building is showing some age in the common areas and some units have older finishes. But the bones are good and the location is irreplaceable.

Who Lives Here

A mix of long-term owner-occupants, empty nesters, and some younger buyers who prioritize location. The building has a strong community feel — people have been here for years and know each other.

The Neighborhood

Lakeshore East — Millennium Park, the Art Institute, and the lakefront all within walking distance.

Pedway Is World-Class

The Heritage has one of the best pedway connections in Chicago. You can walk to Millennium Park, the Cultural Center, and multiple office buildings without going outside.

💡 Pro Tip

Upper Floors for Park Views

Floors 30+ facing west get the best Millennium Park views. The Bean is visible from many units. These floors command a premium but it's worth it.
