The Rundown

Marquee at Block 37 sits on State Street in the heart of the Loop, directly above the CTA Washington station. The location is as central as it gets — every CTA line is within a block, Millennium Park is a 5-minute walk, and the pedway system connects you to much of downtown without going outside.

The building is well-maintained and the management is responsive. The rooftop pool has views of the Chicago skyline that are genuinely impressive. The rents are reasonable for the location.

The Loop location means it's quieter on weekends — most of the street-level activity is weekday business traffic. If you want weekend nightlife energy, you'll need to travel to River North or Wicker Park.
