The Rundown

Alta Chicago was one of the first luxury rentals in the West Loop, built in 2009. The building has aged reasonably well and the location has become much more valuable as the West Loop has transformed. The Fulton Market restaurant scene is close.

The building is showing its age in some common areas and the management has been inconsistent. But the location is excellent and the rents are below the newer West Loop buildings.
