The amenities are modest — a rooftop deck and fitness center, not much else. But the management is excellent, the building is well-maintained, and the HOA is financially sound. The River North location is superb.
The value proposition is strong for River North. You're getting a well-run, well-located building at a price per square foot that's below the newer towers. The trade-off is age (2007) and a limited amenity package.
