Vision II is a 13-story, 121-unit luxury apartment building under construction at 1628 West Division Street in Wicker Park, developed by RDM Companies and designed by Kennedy Mann. A $38 million full building permit was issued in April 2026 after years of community opposition and delays, clearing the way for construction to begin.
The building will stand 141 feet tall and feature a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units, along with 131 parking spaces and 93 bike parking spaces. The Division Blue Line stop is 0.2 miles away. The Wicker Park location puts residents at the intersection of Milwaukee, North, and Damen — one of Chicago's most vibrant commercial corridors.
We will publish full ratings once the building opens.
