The tower will deliver 593 apartments and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail on the northwest corner of Lake and Racine. At 537 feet, it will be one of the tallest buildings in the Fulton Market district, with upper-floor views looking east over the Chicago skyline and west toward the suburbs.
