1300 W Lake Street Tower is a 46-story, 537-foot mixed-use rental tower planned for the western edge of Fulton Market, developed by Loukas Development and designed by bKL Architecture. The Chicago City Council approved the project in July 2023.
The tower will deliver 593 apartments and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail on the northwest corner of Lake and Racine. At 537 feet, it will be one of the tallest buildings in the Fulton Market district, with upper-floor views looking east over the Chicago skyline and west toward the suburbs.
The Lake Street Green/Pink Line stop is 0.2 miles away — one of the best transit connections in the West Loop. The Fulton Market restaurant corridor is walkable, and the building's scale (593 units) will make it one of the largest rental buildings in the neighborhood.
